Our new president, Stephanie Schriock, often says it's all about the numbers. In a great profile piece in Politico today, Stephanie pointed out that, despite the progress we've made since our founding 25 years ago, women still make up only 17% of Congress. And here at EMILY's List, that's just not good enough.
