Because of the crucial role interns play in our organization, we ask that applicants have excellent written and oral communication skills. Good judgment and an ability to maintain confidentiality also are a must; knowledge of Microsoft Word is required. Experience with the Internet, Excel, and PowerPoint is preferred. EMILY's List interns receive a $550 per month stipend.
